Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Any class cancelled by the instructor, e.g. due to sickness, will result in replacement class being offered where possible. If not, a credit or refund will be offered.
2. Any class cancelled due to unforeseen events, such as school events, poor weather, strikes or closure, will result in a replacement class being provided.
3. Any student who cannot continue for the remainder of the term, for example due to long term sickness or injury, will result in a credit or refund being offered upon written request. Refunds are not provided for missed lessons during the term.
4. Any student who wishes to leave part way through the first half of a term (before half term) can receive a refund for the second half of the term upon written request.
5. Any payment set up via BACS (bank transfer) will allow a student/parent to cancel their booking after their first session. Card payments will not allow this option as it is a block (whole term) booking.
6. Thrive KIDS reserves the right of admission. Any behaviour that is deemed to be unsafe or disruptive to other children may result in the booking being cancelled. In this event, a full refund will be provided.
