Booking Fees
1. Fees are paid as a block booking for each of the three terms over the academic year (Term 1-2 / Term 3-4 / Term 5-6).
2. Fees are based on a rate of £7.50 per session over the length of the term, e.g. 12 weeks = £90.00.
3. Fees can only be refunded in line with our booking terms and conditions below.
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Any class cancelled by the instructor, e.g. due to sickness, will result in replacement class being offered where possible. If not, a credit or refund will be provided upon written request.
2. Any class cancelled due to unforeseen events, such as school events, poor weather, strikes or closure, will result in a replacement class being provided where possible.
3. Any student who cannot continue due to long term sickness or injury, will result in a credit or refund being offered upon written request. Refunds are not provided for missed lessons during the term.
4. Any student who wishes to leave part way through the first half of a term (before half term) can receive a refund for the second half of the term upon written request.
5. Any payment set up via BACS (bank transfer) will allow a student/parent to cancel their booking after their first session. Card payments will not allow this option as this will result in a block (whole term) booking.
6. Thrive KIDS reserves the right of admission. Any behaviour that is deemed to be unsafe or disruptive to other children may result in the booking being cancelled. In this event, a refund will be provided for remaining sessions.
