what we offer

At THRIVE KIDS we understand the importance of the individual and learning through exploration and play. This is why our programs are specifically designed to be fun and oriented to each child's development and wellbeing.

Our classes include a range of fun activities in a safe, structured and non-competitive environment, run by specialist instructors to provide educational enrichment and physical development.

Thrive KIDS is not classed as wrap-around childcare and therefore not eligible for government voucher schemes.

Booking Fees

1. Fees are paid as a block booking for each of the three terms over the academic year.

2. Fees are based on a rate of £8.50 per session over the length of the term, e.g. 11 weeks = £93.50.

4. Fees can only be refunded in line with our booking terms and conditions below.

5. Fees cover specialist instructor pay, space hire, booking system costs, insurance and administration.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Any class cancelled by the instructor, e.g. due to sickness, will result in replacement class being offered where possible.

2. Any class cancelled due to unforeseen events, such as school events, poor weather, strikes or closure, will result in a replacement class being provided where possible.

3. Any student who cannot continue due to long term sickness or injury, will result in a credit or refund being offered upon written request. Refunds are not provided for missed classes during the term.

4. Any student who wishes to leave part way through the first half of a term (before half term) can receive a refund for the second half of the term upon written request or we can arrange a switch to another Thrive KIDS club.

5. Payment via BACS (bank transfer) will allow a parent to cancel the booking after their child's first session or pay the full term fee if they wish to proceed thereafter.
Card payments will result in a block (whole term) booking with refunds only eligible in line with Point 4.

6. Thrive KIDS reserves the right of admission. Any behaviour that is deemed to be unsafe or disruptive to other children may result in the booking being cancelled. In this event, a refund will be provided for any remaining sessions.

7. Thrive KIDS is a fully inclusive children's activity provider. Many of our classes have two instructors to provide additional support for students. Everyone is welcome at our clubs and our Terms & Conditions apply to everyone equally.
