1. Fees are paid as a block booking for each of the three terms over the academic year (Term 1-2 / Term 3-4 / Term 5-6).
2. Fees are based on a rate of £7.50 per session over the length of the term, e.g. 12 weeks = £90.00.
3. Fees can be paid in half term instalments, e.g. £45.00 for first 6 weeks.
4. Fees can only be refunded in line with our booking terms and conditions below.
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Any class cancelled by the instructor, e.g. due to sickness, will result in replacement class being offered where possible.
2. Any class cancelled due to unforeseen events, such as school events, poor weather, strikes or closure, will result in a replacement class being provided where possible.
3. Any student who cannot continue due to long term sickness or injury, will result in a credit or refund being offered upon written request. Refunds are not provided for missed classes during the term.
4. Any student who wishes to leave part way through the first half of a term (before half term) can receive a refund for the second half of the term upon written request or we can arrange a switch to another Thrive KIDS club.
5. Payment via BACS (bank transfer) will allow a parent to cancel the booking after their first session or pay the full term fee if they wish to proceed thereafter. Card payments will result in a block (whole term) booking.
6. Thrive KIDS reserves the right of admission. Any behaviour that is deemed to be unsafe or disruptive to other children may result in the booking being cancelled. In this event, a refund will be provided for any remaining sessions.
7. Thrive KIDS is a fully inclusive children's activity provider. Everyone is welcome and our Terms & Conditions apply to everyone equally.
